Born in 2016 on a sunny corner of Görlitzer park in Kreuzberg, Café Mugrabi was our love letter to Tel Aviv mornings, the smell of coffee, slightly burnt pitas on the edges, and something good sizzling in the kitchen while some good tunes are running - basically everything we all needed to feel at home, even if home is thousands of kilometres away.

After a year away and too many messages asking “so when are you coming back?”, well, so we’re back. same spirit, new space.

The new Mugrabi is a bit older, a bit wiser, but still same old funky place to be.

Now we are suited by the iconic Landwehr Canal in Kreuzberg, with a big terrace for the summer days and a lot of cosy spots on the inside for the colder days.

We still believe food tastes better when shared and argued about, that weekends should stretch long, and that hummus is a legitimate lifestyle, not a passing trend - we are Tahini and olives, not truffle foam.

Yours,

The Cafe Mugrabi Team
